Pulling into the driveway today I nearly ran over this tiny little kitten who ran over to say hello. Isn't she beautiful! I thought Amy's phone was going to go across the room when she went from pretending to listen to me to jumping up with excitement to hold the little cat. Maddie excitedly stepped on the spot and spoke quickly and came to me for a cuddle, although I suspect it was more so she could pat the cat than for the cuddle. After a brief panic that I couldn't put the cat back out as she wasn't road savvy I raced around to find her home and thankfully found out she lives a few doors down, Much to Amy's disappointment, I think that she thought she would score a cat by default.
